What is included in a Full conference registration
A full conference registration includes access to the main conference, workshops/tutorials, proceedings, industry site tours, daily lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments with coffee/tea, and one ticket to the DICTA 2025 Conference Banquet.
An Author Full Conference registration can cover up to three papers, provided the registering person is a co-author on all three papers. -
Registration deadline for accepted papers
Authors of accepted full papers must register by the early bird deadline using the "Author Full Conference" rate.
Authors of accepted abstracts in the Journal-to-Conference track must register by October 4, 2025 using either the "Author Full Conference" rate or the "Abstract Presentation Full Conference" rate (if no paper is registered under their name using "Author Full Conference").

Paper length
The maximum length for full papers is 8 pages, including references. There are no extra page charges for DICTA 2025. Overlength papers will not be included in the proceedings.

Student attendees
Only a student paper can be registered under the "Author Full Conference -- Student" rate, and the registering student must be the first author.
Student attendees must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of registration and provide proof (student ID) either at the registration desk or by email to contact@dicta2025.dictaconference.org.

Early bird discount
To qualify for the early bird discount, you must register by 30 September 2025 (23:59 AOE).

Members of APRS and member discount
If you attended a DICTA conference in the past, you automatically became a member of the Australian Pattern Recognition Society (APRS) and are eligible for the member registration rate. If you are an IEEE member, you are also entitled to a member discount. Please include your IEEE membership number in the "Notes" section of the registration form to receive this discount.

When registering, please ensure you add your accepted paper number in the Notes section at checkout.

Non-Author Full Conference
If your paper is registered by someone else under the "Author Full Conference" rate and you wish to attend the conference (and possibly present the paper), you may register using the "Non-Author Full Conference" rate.

South Australian subsidy eligibility
Thanks to generous sponsorship from the University of Adelaide, a limited number of discounted registrations are available for attendees based in South Australia. To qualify, individuals must provide either:
- a valid South Australian university email address, or
- the name and address of their South Australian employer.
The organising committee reserves the right to verify eligibility and may contact applicants for clarification.

All fees include GST and are in AUD (Australian Dollars). All fees are non-refundable.
