Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Poster Size: Poster size is A0 (width x height: 0.84m x 1.19m) (33.1 in x 46.8 in) (portrait mode only).

• Presenter’s Responsibility: Each poster presenter is responsible for printing, bringing their own poster and removing their poster at the end of their session.

• Display and Removal: The posters can be displayed on the day of the assigned session and must be removed at the end of your poster presentation by 18:00.

• Poster Identification: Each poster will be assigned a number, which is used to identify its poster board.

• What to be included on the poster? Please make sure your poster clearly displays the title of your paper, your name, and your affiliation. There are no additional requirements regarding the poster format, apart from those imposed by our Code of Conduct (no offensive language or inappropriate images, etc.). We expect the poster sessions to be well-attended.
